If you're a reading and writing buff like me, or a scinetist in his lab, you will not be aware of the ppl, the hustle and bustle around. In any creative or technical field, the contact wid ppl is minimal. In this case, are ppl management skills to be cultivated or does that come much later when you're a CEO, CFO etc leading a team of ppl???
