POLITICS IS NECCESSARY FOR SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Ideally I like to agree to your views

though factually I beg to defer.

1) Politic is different from diplomatic, but still

could be a healthy process when used or marked

with prudence, expedience,shrewdness and politeness.

2) Politic in a group is a meaningful process if used

displaying, or proceeding with defined policy for right

objective even if the means are different but not

harmful.

3) Politic within a group or between different groups

is destructive if it is crafty, cunning, partisan, and

impolite; even if the objectives are same.

Explaing the above in simple terms:-

Different parts of a healthy human acts in a well

coordinated manner even though each organ

has its independant functions.

Some organs act identically while others may act

differently but for the same desired objectives.

Both eyes move same way, while arms and legs act

differerently according to the desired needs.

What is important is that there is no partisan politics

between the members of a healthy body to cause

discrepancy between the acts against the desired

purpose. Think of the situation if one eye move in

the oppoiste direction or one leg tries to move the

body backward while the other acts to move forward.

Politics based on various groups and communities

is unavoidable in a democracy. It is utopian to think 

that policies, objectives and means and ways of every 

political party will be identical.

Still it is only fair for us to aspire politics in the country

is practiced and used with prudence, expedience,

shrewdness and politeness, in a meaningful way for

right objective without pulling the country in different

directions.

SOCIAL MEANS KITH AND KIN OF POLITICIANS.?

In my opinion politics is not necessary for developmental works. In case it is allowed, the work will not be able to complete within the stipulated period. Politics will always lead to red-tappism, inefficiency, unnecessary ego among people, and finding fault against the members of the team and above all the group-ism will dominate the scene without accomplishing the job assigned for the development.

Hence group head should be free from indulging in politics and he should be a democratic leader, instead of a autocratic, to lead the team with proper motivation with a view to achieve the common goal of the development projects.

If politics is necessary for social development, why we are not developed? It depends on the behaviour of the people and their activities pertaining to social development. Still we are not socially developed and politics are not necessary in social development. Many NGO's / NPO's are doing social development activities but they are not focoused and encouraged. People should encourage, accept and follow the new development to reach the ultimate goal.
