 Financial  Stability is like Pornography

: A Discussion relevant to all like-minded :                                                                                                                                                                                                          It has been said by our beloved Governor of the Reserve Bank of India , HIS EXCELLENCY  Dr. Subbarao  that globally the central governments and Banks have become increasingly dependent on each other in the larger context of the coordination between monetary and fiscal policies . The question has come up whether there are flaws in the accountability mechanisms ? Did the objective of Financial Stability  fall through the cracks ? The Governor reacted that one can not define Financial Stability as it is like Pornography -- one can't define it but when you see , you know it !

I can say for sure that Dr.Subbarao is the first Governor in a World of Central Banks  to have displayed the emotional intelligence in bringing into daylight that correlation -- the Financial Stability is like Pornography !! You can't define it but when you see it , you know it !
