Look at the case of IT, best Indians are working in foreign companies after post graduation, earning their country profits and here the Indian rupee is fighting with the american dollar, struggling. If the same continues, even Biotechnology in India will suffer the same loss, considering that 65% of top biotech companies are in the States, more and more indians students are going to opt for a transfer. Please insight me more how to control this, over to you guys now.!

Good debate Kevin, thats true it has become a system where they do their UG in India and PG in abroad and start working there. So this may change if we improve the standard of the schools in India. So the government should look upon this issue and try to improve the quality of education and the system to make India a hub for higher studies.

Its important to improve the standards of educational socities rather gaining profit in the form of fees.most of the students moving abroad go to settle over there in anycase even of not caring about their backlogs. this condition proves that they are intrested in earing, not in learning.so white colour jobs should be given to a person who is stuff enough to it
