Practical Training is important for MBA graduates as they are future budding managers and have to know how to handle the business balancing all the units equally. In present situation majority of students have no clue about Industry happenings and knowledge to execute the job.

Internship programs if conducted appropriately will help Students gain practical knowledge and understand theories better. The sanctity of present day Internship programs is however questionable. Inexperienced management graduates cannot transform to effective Managers, that is beyond doubt.

And I would go a step further one or two years of experience in their respective fields should be practiced.
