It is my experience that pretty girls are stimulant to creativity and innovative ideas among men. I saw productivity increased in some departments where initially there will be no women employees and now we appointed some.

Pretty girls in office can be helpful in having better attendance of male employees, apart from other advantages of having girls in office like better decorum , less slang usage, better dress up boys, and at last longer work hours, and less attrition.
Have u noticed and agree

I don't think pretty girls can make the men folk attend office. Bascially it is a matter of employment strategy - if you hire men who have weakness for women rather than work priority, then this strategy of employing pretty girls works. But then do organizations keep other than this idea while employing pretty girls. Their basic idea is to generate or regenerate business - attract customers, so if the focus is to attract customers, then it becomes an ideal and a win situation.

It is the salary and office rules which forces males to be professional not these cheap pretty girls who are good for nothing except than looking good.

Pretty Girls are an obstruction and create nuisance in any office, as they attract all the males in the office and precious time is wasted. So according to me Pretty Girls in office cannot be helpful in having better attendance of males.

Of course everyone likes to see beautiful girls. infact not only girls, any thing of beauty is appreciated. However, it has not more than say 15-20% effect on the attendance and less than 5% effect on the performance. If your point is right, then employing handsome boys will attract the female employees too and only those good looking male/female would be getting jobs.. However that is not happening. Employees want to have challenges at workplace. he needs to think that his presence is important for the smooth functioning of the orgn. This is done more by emp engagement activities than employing models...
