Process is a mechanism and methodology to do anything which is defined, measurable, repeatable and can be "improved". Any regular activity that we do is called a process. In this way, it is very clear that the Sales Activity is also a process. Problem here could be that of understanding. Also, perhaps the doubt as to whether Ms. Sonu wants to participate in the execution of the Sales process, or in its measurement, or finally in its improvement. All these are various steps in the Corporate ladder as people move up.

As per my views when you move up the corporate ladder PROCESS becomes more important than SALES ALONE.

Here is ANOTHER IMPORTANT ASPECT of Process :Sales over time takes the shape of S Curve.However process can be a straight line as it depends on individual.

If you are good @ Process it can also SAVE your job @stringent economic conditions.
