Project Schedule = Cash flow statement = S Curve, In Practical can we maintain Real S Graph

Dear friend ,

The cash flow we have drawn from the estimated amounts spent on each of the activity according to Main Construction Program.

The expenditure on the particular activity is interspersed equally on following assumptions.

There are no hold in the payments made periodically.

The tenure of the payments is closed on project completion date.

The total cost of the project accrued is complete on the date of completion as per contract agreement.

The expenditure on preparatory activities like money spent till commencement of contract is taken as lump sum.

The project period doesn’t cover the maintenance period.

The S curve drawing on the basis of the cash flow may not be in correct shape of S. But it will not dip abruptly as you stated in the due course after commencement.

The project schedule and S curve are inseparable and interrelated.
