Revenue Loss would be Minimum But Accident Number will increase as he has diverted That Fund in Reducing fare.

According to me there is no loss of revenue at all, he(lalu) has just attracted more people to travel in trains with the reduction in prices, as even the quality of service is also high in the trains, with this he has attracted more no. of people than before, with this more benefits to the railway industry.
