Rural area has maximum of kuchcha land in shape of fields while in urban areas ,due to increasing population vacant lands are very rapidly decreasing due to many reasons,people migrating themselves for want of service, population increase,many unidentified persons are from neighboring countries are migrating illegally.,though the govt. is making max. of its efforts ,but being costly due to boring people are not able to adopt,subsidiary by govt has also reduced to minimum. 

Will it be better to your intelligent idea getting floated as contribution for INDIA country to skip from deficiency of drinking water through popular TOO STEP.

Its not the matter of government subsidiary... We should stat from our home that is Roof water harvesting.. Which need really less amount and more effective. So Dont depend on government start from own

I support on water harvesting method.There are reasons for that..due suddne increse of populaiton of india and due to climate chanages..water level is going down day by day.Mumbai kind of situation is clear alarm for water preservation.Govt and private ngos should come forward with innovative ways of water harvesting to protect such a valuable natural resource.One suggestion...Donwn the line govt. and municipalities should make it mandatory the water harvesting shceme for any new upcoming consturciton or home scheme,society during licence clearance. Unless and untill it is to me made mandatory...there are very few budilders or people who will come forward with such philanthropic work.

The local people are not so rich and cannot make arrangement for water harvesting,hence Govt.shoud make /develop sibsidery for this purpose.

Govt.can depute boring contractor  to provide boring for every big house and real estate at very subsidized rates. to  get the scheme successful.

In many metro / corporation, drawings are approved only when there is a provision for Rain water harvesting facility is planned. It , clearly, shows that, city planners take stock of water scarcity that's developing everywhere.

It is the duty of every citizen to make use of freely available Rain water. This will enables civic body to reduce water problem. Also, a boom to environmentalist who is very much concerned about ground water level.

Depending on Govt subsidy again , indirectly , increases your taxes.
