rather be a leader then follower or vice versa

It requires a lot of experiance to be a leader...And from where all this experiance comes from?Ultimately first you will have to follow someone to gain that experiance to lead others.Everyone wants to be a leader...there are no leaders who had not followed anyone.So first you will have to be a follower to be a leader.

learning is a continious process,once a leader either you are a good leader or a bad leader.once you know the essence of leading it is the same everywere,because everywere there are parents and children.only difference is the way we look at things.

like parents are interested in the wellbeing of the children and they become leaders of our life for quite a time.only essential is wellbeing of the person.

Yes sandesh i totally agree with you that we lead many a times in our family being a brother, father a Husband and in many ways, but according to me leadership is something like where people follow him as a role model and believe in him in whatever he does....and in this regard leading in a family doesn't count as there a N number of people whom you need to satisfy while being a leader and in this regard a leader should cater to one and in this regard one needs to learn many things before leading.
