RBI has decreased the CRR for 50 basis point. Do you really think that this is going to increase the liquidity in the market?

In my opinion this is really going to increase the liquidity. Sensex is decreasing drastically, in order to cover it the CRR needs to be decreased.

Only decrease in the CRR would not increase the liquidity because there is a lot of speculation going on in the market. So, in my opinion this is not going to affect the market to a great extent.
