Recruitment Life cycle: One of the basic etiquette's for every professional Recruiter is when the feedback on the interview is not positive than at least answer d call from the resource or swap and inform on the status of interview or at least send a message if unable to answer by then, no matter what designation d resource would be . You cant be just letting the people chase you..that's highly unprofessional
