Wat u said is absolutely correct.... But the selecting of that politicians will be in the hands of the people... So people has to change their mindset and they have to think very practically regarding the person who will be correct for being a leader and who will have the dedication towards the work and make some changes and development in their own fields respectively... So that a bit of development will be seen from his/her field.. In future, all these bits of development will leads to see our great Nation as a Complete Developed Country very soon......

Politicains are also "people" :) Anyways yes mind set has to be changed. We need to bang on crisp targets and achieve them. We need to decide what we want, without which nothing will be possible.

I support to the answer for the above question is to see the change in the mindset of the People... Because, first of all they have to know what the Democratic Country means... And they have to know the value of an vote through which we are electing our leader to handle all the sectors in the nation... Especially, the people who are living in the villages have to be get awareness of the valuable vote which leads to elect a great leader and the development of the country and not to get diverted to the person who are giving some money or some benifits to win the elections... People has to change their mindset... So that everything will be developed and the Development of our nation will be in the hands of the People....
