Most of us like to adopt borrowed postures from others to lead our own life. Thus, we are influenced by models, heroes who have nothing to do with us. We like to repeat what they practice without understanding the fact that repetition is a shade that is completely guided by an original entity living in the past. It is ...deficient in NOW and we never achieve anything worthwhile by trying to persue it. Repetition can never go out of our arena till we hold a candle on our own. Reinvention is the only source by which we can get rid of our repetitive past.

Iam totally agree with the "innovative mindset" in Rinvention. It is so importand to have a creative idea in your mind for any kind of innovation ... so i think for this our education system should get change ...

innovation is very necessary in all the terms as we have to grow and every time we'have'nt same time .as river has'nt same water all the time when nature has repetitive policy then why we follow it but yes we have restore our history,old things all d\for future reference

You can get short-term success by following others ideas but at the end what matters is what u have to say on your own, it should be different than others only then people will listen to it, and your success journey will start from there on. If don't have anything of your own new ideas, forget success!

Hello Chinmoy, I agree with you for innovative mindset. This of course our industry should support  the R & D people and to give better facilities with lab and equipment to create new products/ improve the quality of the products. This will help them to increase the  brand image and profit of the company.
