replace seeds with plant tissue cultured plantlets n supply it to farmers

if we replace seeds with tissue cultured plantlets raised invito,those which have passed screening n green house acclimatisation is a great alternative.if we provide the farmers with already developed cultutrd plantlets with the seeds than it ensures better survival rate ,better harvest ,increased production,disease free n drought free crops (in case of GM crops).thus ,food problem of r country can be solved to greater extent.
