as recruitment professional, I can easily spot the resume is written by resume writers, now a days. lot of people are spending Rs 2000/3000 for this service.Its so predictive format and it remains so subjective that it does not help in making a decision of match with requirement , Another big flaw , I have noticed that resume writers and unable to capture detail skill sets project wise, for example, developer might have used either of servlet, swing, xml, ejb, oracle ,any thing new technolgy, but resume writer cant diff and keep writing same environment/ 1-2 technology througout resume, which is not even possible so it become so difficult to take a call that I prefer resume made by It Developers itself.

I totally agree with you , we are professionals and we know the capacity of the candidate from the moment they wish us and shake hand. Spending on the professional resume is totally useless. They can never hilight your rue skills. You know yourself best and should write your CV on your own. A professionally written CV adds a negative point to you instead of positive.
