Compared to Reva,s Current model these are pleasing ones and looks greatand just as they say in college worth the second look. These look great .With the promised Km/charge it is is very tempting unless it ideal condition rating. If the prices are reasonable These electric cars will show the way .especially solar pannelled,it will be worth analysing the solar panel one Congrats to REVA

This is a trump card they are holding. Though I'm not much into E-cars, but both these vehicles look promising, if priced right in India. The Nxg looks like a car designed by DC, than anyone else. Looks great, cute & with 130kmph it's not a pushover either. Though I'm a little confused about the range figures. Nxr with solar panel on top will a unique car, though I don't know how much help will they be. Reva being a car to drive around city, to office, to shopping, etc can be perfect little car for any family(provided they have one more). So if priced right, it's a winner. In europe, such car can really prove it's worth & hence may really do well. So I wish the E-crusaders all luck!!!!!!!!!

definetly reva gains the market with launching of 2 types of cars. when we see the tec specification related to battery charge millage and also the top speed there is huge customers who are looking for these type of packages, in the near future the customers realise the potential of electric cars with respect to gains from the electric cars which r at lesser runing cost and also the less pollution effect with these improvment in performance comparable to conventional cars adds the electric cars sales in the world, as reva is one of the few pioneered company in making of electric cars definitely will have positive growth and also looks a sucessfull bright future.

The present market for REVA is very limited due to very low cabin space, low tarvel range & speed of the car. Now with these things addressed in the new models, i think the numbers will definately see a rise especially in the metros. Mr Maini also needs to ensure that the pricing is just right.

Well, our future roads demands Electric cars. The rate in which oil is getting finished from earth will one day compel us to use electric cars. Moreover it is small, trendy, easy to work with and causes less pollution. May be it will face problem in the beginning to enter the market. But I believe it wil be a success in the long run...

This market is yet to mature - so to have a definite success for the product is something worth waiting. The government is not giving much of financial incentives [as Reva get in other countries] to make it become a commerical success. This is mostly looked at as a second car which is not a big market though.

Actually its a difficult call, and they are having the plans with these cars mainly to gain entry into the international market, and even in India with their small compact car they didn't do that well, they were able to sell only 3000 of those vehicles in past 8 years, so even with these newer models which looks good with DC designs, but then we should wait and watch before jumping to conclusions here...so would like to know others view regarding this.
