We have people migrated to urban areas & cities for living.  Now inflation rates, cost of leaving in city has grown up and common people find it difficult to sustain.Agriculture which is the back bone in rural india is diplicating due to unavailability of labour.

Will be their any scenario where reverse migration start and people will take up agriculture ?

Yes ... reverse migration is a reality in days to come. But equally : taking up Agriculture may not be the only option.

---  The land is already burdened with so many - states where share-croppers / bargadars are registered by law ( say WBengal ), one may not replace them.

---   A disguised unemployment scenerio is observed in most of the villages

---  Most of the times, a full-year job is not available for those who earn a living only from agriculture

---  No major capital has been invested of late in mechanisation of agri. activities. However, a vast potential is left in rural India in the form of "Allied Agricultural Activities" : -

--- Poultry, goatary, dairy, fish-farming, mush-room cultivation, bee-keeping, etc

---  Forestry, horticulture, flower cultivation, etc

---  Fertiliser shops, Pesticides shops, Agri Equipment shops ( tractors, sprayers etc. ) Agri Equipment "Rental" shops, Cold Storages, etc.

---  Rural BPOs, Education centres, Nursing Homes and Medecine shops, etc

Cyril Amazing debate.

I think there are possibilities for reverse migration. One day will come and everyone needs to do agriculture to meet their own needs and to survive.

I feel that future would be 'rural'. Look at the way Indian cities have grown. It's mess living here. Its undoubtedly fast, but one cannot live such a life like this always and when we get tired(retire) we need a place which is peacefull and give us some solace. Moreover it will also depend on govt policies. The land which is a basic resource is vastly and cheaply available in villages is one reason. And even as cost of living is increasing in cities, where those people who migrated from villages in search of better job will be forced to go back and take up the agriculture.
