Many times you see that girls who are promoted are often promoted bec they aligned with their bosses and gave in to the demands of lust. Girls who have high standards of morality are often second lined. Why do men favor corrupt people, is it because they are of the same nature and are jealous of the idealistic person, so they gang up against the high performer, or is romace a noraml thing and should be encouraged?

I agree with Punam, it requires some other performances also. One who got promoted thru romance, will not succeed in long life. She will be identified and finally put a mark as bad omen. Ladies should know how to behave with men. They thought it is high standard of morality but real morality ladies are not affected in their personal life, but these lustful ladies will face lot of problems in the society(family). Earn more but face more problems. But peaceful second line ladies are always success in common life. Office alone is not the life. Divorces are increasing due to such romances in offices. Kindly avoid such practices in office and behave gently and friendly with opposite sex.

Mam I don't know nor do I want to get personal but there is something deep in you which has made you a bit bitter. Office romance for promotions are passe.. There is lot of performance required to get what you want.
