..It's funny as a hr person to see the non-compliances in the company, there are more the 26 ACT, few are major as FACTORY ACT,PF,ESI, PENSION, AND CONTRACT, but seniour person baking there bread on the blood of poor contract worker casual worker, no one there to listen their voice, which is very hoarse,full of pang.MANY SECTION for WELFARE, REST, OT, BENEFITS, LEAVE........but other side of this is very worse....worker compromise for every thing for their hungry children, ill-wife, aged parents and social obligation,,,,,,,,,,HOW funny........those challenge to follow the ACT they are the real miscreant for this non-compliances.
