In my point of view, salaried job is should be the first preferance for an individual. The amount of risk involved in business is very hig. So for a fresher starting a business will not be a suitable. We are not sure about our earnings in the business. But in the case of salaried job, we will be getting a definite payment at the end of month.

Working under someone will lead to boundaries...whereas in business,our ideas get chances to implement.Talking about risk is dat risk is everywhere.Fear of sacking/fired exists in job.Risk only lead to success.

Business provides us freedom to spend according to our adjustments,whereas salaried job restricts us to spend in end of months and wait eagerly for the date of receive. For every emergency, salaried people had to think before spending.
