I would not agree with it I think sales goes well with those who speak everything in face while other people like who are from HR knows how to ask people for work and can also sue them by not even hurting them. And businesses are built on relations.

I think I am in favour of this point because here the grass root level of the people needs to be known and for that interaction with people is the compulsory factor and that happens in sales only.
