To highlight the brand why there will be at least a Girl with brand promoting T-Shirt. Why not Boys? Are they not capable of getting consumer attraction? Within a team or sole, the performance of a boy compared to a girl is better and even if it is target oriented then Boys are the best seller. But still a girl is required. Why? Is is the sex which is sold or the product?

When we place a girl for promotion we must keep in mind that the girl is not the product but the product to be sold by the girl. So if a boy can bring better result we must replace girl with boy. But if in a group one girl can bring more consumers closer then that should be optional. If we put girls only then we may run in lose of sale as well as money. Sales/Promotion should be plroduct oriented.

First of all sales has nothing to do with gender, Sales is purely an interpersonal skill of an individual. One should realize that sales and marketing can never be learnt or thought in any business school or course, It is truly an individual quality. Hence I feel One should opt for an individual with great presence of mind and extraordinary marketing skill over considering gender for the position..

What ever your product qualities may be, if you are using a girl as a sales promotion agent (Executive or Model), you are adding one more quality to it. Glittering Packaging. The product will look more attravtive.

It can be anyone with good appearence,communication,good undersanding, convincing ability and respoinsiveness.Either a Girl or Boy who doesnt have these qualities not suggestible for Marketing Profession.

The day Men-Woman ratio become equal as far as earnings is concerned in a family then you will see Guys too .
