This is the apt time and oppurtunity to invest. The sleeping giants are started waking up with lot of hidden potentials, besides thier safe (A+) investment avenues.

Veena, it is not a issue for debate. Please ask this query through "Question".

Because if it is debate, "to invest" or "not to invest" then surely we choose the side "to invest". As there are many factors influence the investors point of you say which is not discussed here i.e. investment amount, method(SIP,One time), time, expected return etc.

Although for long term we can choose it as a good option to invest.

Yes this is the right time to invest. It provide investors with opportunities for long-term growth in capital along with the liquidity of an open-ended scheme through an active management of investments in a diversified basket of equity stocks of domestic Public Sector Undertakings and in debt and money market instruments issued by PSUs and others.

It is an Open ended Equity Scheme with an minimum investment of Rs.5,000/- and in multiples of Rs. 1/- thereafter. And PSUs also offer Better Risk-Return Trade Off.
