i agree with Mr Vivek,actually the debate is between WE v/s THEY.We being expert providers must be faithful to our targets and They as users should not feel cheated of quality.

To define quality is like defining truth which changes according to context. But the best way to understand quality, as a common consumer, is w.r.t. fullfillment of need. But then who will deny the looks and packaging if available in same price or in a price he/she can pay?
