Yes..Taking care of people like sharmila AFSPA shud be removed. Vs No to make india a safe heaven it can not be removed..

Every thing has its dark side.and so AFSPA has. it can't be said AFSPA should be removed from those sensitive zones like Kashmir & Manipur where infiltration from our neighbours are in hundreds on daily basis. So in order to make india a safe heaven it should not be removed But at the same time Masters of same institutions would have to be insure that it is not used a tool against innocent people which has been observed.

If a kid in house gets indulge in wrongdoing we don't throw him out. we teach him/her not to do so. Police officials in our country are considered one of the corrupt people but we never cried in such way.
