@ arun good debate but that is not the main reason. Since bangalore has more no. of IT companies and BPO there are many cabs running in bangalore. Those cabs are use in the concept of sharing and many people prefer it. So share autos will be a big flop .....

Swapna there are  a lot of layers of users and I think auto will probably sucessful since with the choked roads they will move faster andthe charges will also be less.

It may not suceed immidietly but in long run it may since all across the country the Autos are doing well.

It will cost more in long run, be inconveniant to individual commuters amd they will face problems like accepting / allowing gents commuters with lady passengers. Also most autos refuse to go to the required destinaiton as is already the trend. Smal car taxi should be allowed to run to ease our problem. Any how auto are asking for any destination extra mony.

Hi Swapna, You have made a good point. Yes i agree with you. Since many companies providing cab facilities, share auto will not work out. Thank you for participating in this debate.

I think it will not work out in Bangalore. Share auto is a good & very old concept existing already in places like Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkatta where you can share auto with other commuters who ply to common places. This will reduce the auto charges per head. Since Bangalore is filled up with full of IT employees and other rich people, they do not like to share auto with others. They will be concerned about their prestige. So it will definitely not work out in bangalore. If at all it works out then it will not be as successfull as in other cities.
