Should a 'recruitment board' for selecting political leaders / ministers help the Nation?

Good debate thanks for rising the issue. It is a good idea implementing a recruitment board to select the leaders  for the nation. This will help our economy to grow because we will have a group of leaders who posses good leadership qualities. Today's leaders are lacking very much in it....... 

So I support this idea......

Hi Arpit, considering Indian scenario, I would say, any move to cleanse the system wouldn't work. As we know our system is marred with corruption and nepotism. First eliminate these man made evils. Otherwise, those sitting in the proposed board will select people of their choice. Madhu Koda siphoned off Govt fund to the tune of Rs 4000 crore, senior army officers are involved in scams, sports administrators are stick to their chairs, Lalu and Maya are living life king size though both were under CBI scanner for disproportionate asset case, Varun Gandhi is MP though he sparked communal sentiments, still 30 percent people living below poverty line and Govt claims we are rising super power.........Jai Hind..

Its an excellent suggestion, but not sure on the implementation part. Even a job in a small company does look into the background of the individual, then why not a background check on people who are ready to serve the people of the nation. all these issues and proper selection of candidates can be done by a recruitment board. But who decides on this recruitment board is a question? No political involvement must be there....

i hope we are'nt talking of staff selection... the prerogative of choosing a cabinet or council of minister is with the PM or CM ..so leave to him/her

u dont choose a minister b'cause, he is a MBA or MCA.or.... you need to be a good leader, visionary and administrator. one needs to take the best available  option

Actually it's not possible because it's against the Constitution of India.According to the Constitution we have the voting power to voted out the Political leaders/Ministers to serve our nation,so in a point of view the all citizens of India are behaves like a board to select the leader for the nation & another thing is that through the recruitment board we can make employee not a real LEADER.I think we should carefully use our Voting power to get the great national hero.That's the only solution to help our Nation.
