Adarsh building to be demolished as we all know that the building is constructed and is ready to occupy. As there were a series of scams. one of them is the Adarsh building. They have being given a time to respond. After which the demolishing of the building will take place .

Would it be correct to demolish the building?

The building should be demolished as it is a multi crore fraud. It would be fair enough by the government by not delaying there decision on this as it s no point in doing so. After the demolition of the building there can be a Hospital or a Park being built there. There would be no objection to the people. As there might be a irregularity in the material which has been used for the construction.

I do agree with you, you are 100% right in this matter. This Buildging will be a monument of curreption if it will not be demolished, and enough is enough. Looking to the present seenerio this is the right time when Government must take the tough action against the SCAMMERS to give a concreate massage.

The building should be demolished and the promoters should be booked to recover the losses. To date no action has been taken against promoters and their assets have not been frozen,The action against Govt. officials alone will not discourage the unscruplous builders. Manmohan singh sikand

The Building should be Demolished, irrespective of the Cost Incurred in Demllation and the Cost of Constrution. The Cost of Demolition should be Borne by the People who have had the Building Constructed. If they are or they find a way not to pay up than they should be declared Bankrupt and this fact should be Pubilshed in Newspapers. When a Person travels without ticket in the train, the fine is 11 times of the ticket value. They should be fined more than 11 times. as they are not Public Catagory ( are ruling catagory ) and should be prosecuted for Criminal Offences and thrown away from Public Life

Yes the building should be demolished as we all know our Honorable ministers, all of them, new or old delay matters and then will allot the flats to their kin rather than the deserving, in whose name the building was supposed to be built.

As always the common man has no power we can fill as many blogs we want to and sympathise with each other and on the other hand our ministers, police are shamelessly makning a moclery of Democracy.

This building is a 'concrete' example of rampant corruption. What was meant for Kargil heroes is being enjoyed by ministers and senior IAS

officers.Demolition of this building is synonious to crusade agaiinst corruption.Media should give coverage to this event,if it happens.

The bldg shouldn't be demolished as this will be indirectly national loss. Secondly govt/courts if involved should not give the possession to present members who have invested since most of this money may b from corrupted sources and hence new members on auction style should b brought into and money received should b deposited back in RBI

There would be no point in bringing down the building as the building is ready and the investment made to construct it would go waste, People invested there money to buy the flats also would go waste so the government should look into this and make a rightful decision .
