Recently the Indian government requested America not to pose penalty on Mahindra Satyam for the Satyam Scam. Now the ball is in the court of American laws.The discussion goes on "if to pose, why? if not to pose, Why?"

We know that already the company is in deep loss. The inability to pay the salaries for the employees itself shows the intensity of the problem. In this situation,if the penalty is posed , the company will be effected very badly. Not only that if the penalty is posed, the people who will be affected are ultimately the shareholders, which is not invitable. So in my opinion there is nothing wrong in the request of indian government.
