Should Apple ban adult-themed apps from the App Store?

These days, a news can be heard everywhere: Apple appears to be waging a war on smut, having pulled at least some sex-themed apps from the App Store. In a letter received by at least one developer (as reported by TechCrunch), the company discussed plans to "remove any overtly sexual content from the App Store."

So users, what do you think? Should Apple ban adult themed apps from the App Store?

Definitely yes. If its public taste it does not mean we become naked and blind. We nee to maintain the culture and tradition.

Let me draw your attention towards ad for napkins that is for females or children. I don't think theres not so much necessity to show the legs etc openly. Leave something on people to perceive and that much every one can conclude that this is a good product.

Yes .Apple should remove the application.It is really of no use and since there are several other means for fun/entertainment .The application can also be misused by people so  it is better to remove the adult content.

Yes, they decide what is the best to their interest. If you don't like it you have your right of free speech and you can vote with your money. The only way to change their mind is to let them feel they may lose money. Otherwise you will just look an impotent whiner.

Apple's controls on what apps can run on their phone is 100% bogus. If Microsoft did this with Windows you people would gather your pitch forks and attack.

If Apple were to allow users to install whatever app they want on a locked phone, I would agree that Apple can restrict whatever they want from their store. Until that time, they should not be able to restrict anything.
