"I-Phone by Apple"... and "hiPhone by ape".......should it be going? Yes,I agree with your point of view. Of course the copied one will naturally be cheaper and also user friendly.The crux of the problem is that dealer may not around to support the product.And what about the copy right or IPR ?

When there are no rules, it can not be going as usual as it should...ending to 'loose-loose'..I personally feel with the report.

When you buy a product which is a copy of the original and available in the market, IPR or copyright lawshave either been taken care of or there is a definite variance in the making or there is a definite distinction in the make or model. The cost of the handset is virtually 60 to 70% lower than the original. So if the handset has to be replaced or repaired there is very little choice... at that price you can afford to buy a new one!!

I believe in Newton's laws!! Particularly the third; "Every action has an equal and opposite force of reaction"... Everyone has a right to technology! Everyone has a choice to buy! The buying is purely determined by the wallet size, I mean costs! We are a a price driven society since the larger SEC is the MIG!! Some of us say Iphone... a lot of others say HiPhone!!! So be it :))
