Direct interference of the employer is not desired as their interference does not help although it demotivates because some of the employers just watch work but stay away from motivating and thinking about employees welfare and wellbeing.

well the way question is framed the obvious answer is no ..but there should be some sort of participation and cooperation between employeers and the organisation....its solely the management decision how much leeway should provide to employeers.....

Seen many situations where in employers directly prefer to interfere in about every matter in an orgaization,size of which may be small one.On the other hand it can be said that one who has invested money feels the pain when things are seen not moving as per his or her wish and desire.Had the business been running well there would have been no such interference rather motivation and recognition would be seen the most.On the other hand few professionals may think that if all matters are being looked after by the employer himself or herself then whats their use and utility. So a degree of freeness misses out and for eeven a small decision or approval a consent would be necessary which may demotivate and yield a dissatisfaction which may not be good for organizational growth.Employers may be doing to ask their employees about the return they get from the employees after spending a lot on employees which seems quite justified and for any work to run smooth its necessary that it must be mutual.

Is it interference?................. is the most important question that seeks answer to begin with.

In a small to medium company the major investor may have started working with his/ her own hands. How can such statements be ever generalized is the first question that arises from the question and choice of options.

Even large corporates get created starting small beginnings. Involvement and interference requires clearer understanding in order to distinguish.

Why not after all its their money and brains than have started the business in the first place. They have every right and more so if the employees are not functioning as per their mandate.
