No it should not be legalized.......

Already we are doing many things against our culture, if this is also legalized then there won't be any foot prints of our Indian culture. So don't support this ... save our culture...

dude its not about sex. Its related to somebody's life and I think it is the best platform where the youth can  get together and stop this....so u just need to broaden up your mind tht its not sex tht is just talked here, its something beyond tht..

Do not ever dream of fornication being legalized. There is a decent way of living our life. That is what our Indian culture taught us & respected elsewhere in the world. If we lead our life in wrond path, then the consequences will be very bad. every one on the earth will be destroyed if we go in wrong path. Look at some of the western countries where people's primary importances are in sex life than dignity life that is why they are more deseased like AIDS & other related deseases than Indians, where as in India women can even spare their lives rather than being involved in unlawful sexual relationship. Someone said it is on emotional basis & it was high in puranas. Why do not you look at some good aspects of our puranas? The same puranas taught us how to control our sex and use our sexual desire only on our life partner. This is where we tend to make mistakes. Any era whether it was puranas or is present time, Good and Bad people would be there. But it is in our hands to chose between good & bad. Some people think that since it had happened in puranas, what is wrong now to implement the same. Before that just give a thought, we have common sense, which is wrong & which is not. We have to act according to moral senses.

As it is there is so much of it in existence in our society.  Legalising it would ruin the society and attract more youth who would have otherwise abstained.

Is this the forum to discuss these things.  Why this platform is being used for these things repeatedly.  How fornication could be legalised, who has to legalise these things. Attaching the legality to gay marriages, Supreme Court of the land has given space to debate on these things.

If all these things start to get legalized in India it will indirectly make the people involved in it more strong to expand this business. so i am extremly against it.

Firstly, Same sex marriages and associations have been de-criminalized. There is a difference between this and legalization.

 

Secondly, Legalization (a word randomly thrown in that boils my blood) has to be done by a competent authority, I don see any authority that could "Legalize" consensual sex outside the institution of marriage. IT IS indeed a matter of emotions. As we speak off consensual activity we obviously take majors into account, who by the way are "legalized" to elect their own government.

Thirdly, such "legalization" would help government school children get sex-education and knowledge about STDs that am sure almost NO oNe here cares about. Not to forget the prostitution rackets that have shaken the country, its people along with its culture! 

Lastly.. NO sir!! WE wont stop speaking about sex. This country has done everything right with respects sex but Speak about it!  Thanks for being there for so long, and support this frivolous motion!

to make matters more clear .. CONSENSUAL SEX??!!! In this day and age?.

Wat a Neanderthallic debate when the octogenarians of the courts have allowed live-in relationships (usually for convenience and CONSENSUAL SEX B?W ADULTS). 

Just YESTERDAY the SC ruled that Live-ins are like marriage!!!!!
