HRA cannot be given to every employee. CTC does include certain part for accomodation and other facilities extended by any company.While interview an employee must ensure that he or she is given HRA etc in future in case he or she shifts from company provided accomodation to his or her own accomodation in case he or she is being provided accomodation facility by the company. Moreover expecting everything from the company does not sound good as there must be some ethics behind any demand and an humble request too.Extending facilities to employees may be prime obligation of organizations but on the contrary employees must also be ready with answer that in return what they are giving to the organization. Its basically " give and take " philosophy no matter what ever be the size of the organization.
