There is a dichotomy! Each of us view the other as the worst enemy! Firstly, this should go. Both of us have forgiven Britishers for whatever they have done to us! The Division was their creation, and we both are part of Commonwealth! We are yet to get out of this hostility, its very sad! To revive its economy, Pakistan uses its strong ally, the USA, and are mired in illusion that they have China on their side to provoke India to destablise the country internally! They have to get over this short-sighted approach!

Sometimes we Indian go beyond expectation to extend help and support which is a good thing but Did pakistan ask for any help from us.??

If Pakistan has to seek help he should work on the list of most wanted terrorist including Dawood. If he is not able to take action he should help India in extradition. Pakistan never accepts the presence of these terrorists in its state. Everyday their army and terrorist of all outfits attack our territory so they have even failed to create an environment where we can start conducive dialogue for peace and fight against terrorism.

Its like expecting from fire that it should not burn our hands.

Its better to focus on our internal terrorism which is "naxalism" and "corruption" and lets not deviate.

India cannot interfere in the internal affairs of Pakiston. More over it has claimed to be a islamic country. India is secular. India can not send its peopleto pakiston to assist in any field as their laws are not much compatiblewith. How ever aneighouring country can be helped in what ever safe ways. As such trust between these two countries is too thin to expect major movements. Another neigour country Bangla desh too has majority population of islamic religion. To some extents the Bangla cityzens coordinate easilty with those in pakiston. So India govtmay help people of Bangla to have a cost free travel to reach Pakiston , .People of Bangla on reaching pakiston may join different services as agreed between govt of Bangla and Pakiston. People of pakiston may , with additional human resources, helping internal administration, may concentrate on combating terrorism

In theory, ideally YES.

However neither India nor Pakistan trust each other enough to achieve this result. That unfortunately strengthens the hands of the terrorists.

Sovereign nations should have their own systems to regulate their and control their territory. External support should be extended only if official request is made!  And intern extension of such a support should be with the sole purpose of the invited objective and nothing else... unlike what is presently going on there!!

I am on the other side simply because Pakistan is not a peaceful state and the terrorists are calling the shots hence we should stay away.

If they have the will they will be able to control terrorism in their country.
