News channels are the fourth and important pillar in the sustainance of democracy in India. So spending valuable airtime on irrelevant things "discussing and analysing programmes on entertainment channels" is detrimental to the soceity. They should spend time reporting on the happening in the soceity, an unbiased view on the impact of Governance, raising common mans question to the people in the government.
