Recently in a news it is said that the Pakistan Cricket Board has finally approached the government to seek approval for its players to take part in third edition of the Indian Premier League. After BCCI clearing that Pakistan players can participate in IPL if they have a NOC from their government. Federal Sports minister Aftab Shah Jillani said that his ministry has got a request from the PCB seeking NOC's for players to take part in the cash-rich IPL next year.

Since cricket is a big sport in Pakistan and India and widely followed, we have sent the PCB request to the foreign and interior ministries for their advice and clearance. After restrained relations with Pakistan after the 26/11 attacks. Pakistan had made it clear that it will not be allowing its players to take participate in the IPL. And with the nearing of the 1st anniversary of the 26/11 attacks, PCB has evinced interest in IPL again.

What do you think guys, should Pakistan cricket players be allowed to play in the IPL?

Yes, I think cricket and politics should not be mixed here, we have seen many times that cricket bridging the gap between the two countries on many occasions, and people just love India pakistan matches, whichever format it may be, and Pakistan players should be allowed to play in IPL, as it is not like the team from pakistan is playing, its only the players who will be representing the respective teams in IPL. So I see no problems in this, and pakistan players should be allowed to play in IPL.

After the great IPL snub, more people are coming forward to express their sympathy for Pak players and prove that they are great saviours of sports.

For the kind information of these great sport & Pakistan loving people, here is one incident hat took place in Pakistan.

In a reality programme "Good Morning with Farah" telecast on ATV, a Pak cricker player Sohail Tanvir was being interviewed by a reporter in presence of host Farah. On the subject of IPL, Sohail Tanvir said "Hindu ki jahaniyat hi aisi hain" (tendencies of Hindus are like that only). On this, host Farah refered Indians as "Baniyas" and said "Bagal me chhuri & juban pe ram Ram (they will conceal a dagger with them & talk God's name).

Morale of the story : Paki players (who are gathering sympathy of Shahrukh, Big B & others) are temperory members of sport-lover's club for the sake of money & glamour and permanent members of India-hater's club.

When in a horse-donkey auction you are bidding for horses-donkeys, there is no reason as to why some scum from the Pak variety can also enter. After all this is an auction. If you do not like the animal do not bid. One IPL, there was no bid. Another IPL prices were below the reserve prices. Only problem will be our self-appointed guardians of national honour who will say if Indian animals are available, why go for Pakistani animals

I differ, are we trying to say militants will enter only of we play with Pakistan and / or allow Pakistan to play in India, well now Paksitan or any player is not playing any cricket in India but we have terror attacks in Indai daily

Just extend the logic of not allowing Paskistan is below

Indians in Australia are being murdered , mugged, harrased so we should boycott Australia, Bristish rules us for 100+ years so we should boycott England, there is muder of democracy in Zimbabwe so we should boycott that country too, Bangladeshis have enroached Mumbai city and Kolkata city so they should be boycotted

Where are we heading towards a better tommorow or a worst

i think yes. because cricket is far apart from politics, what eve be the polotical reason between the gap between this two country yet if we relate this two country by cricket, we see that very much closeness was arrived due to cricket relatation between this two country. so their player should be allowed to play in IPL. as this would be result as the closeness of the two country relationship.

y not

they must be allowed in IPL

not allowing them may worsen the communication between two countries too.

and as far as cricket is concerned pakistan is the champ of 20-20 this time and playing with them would definitely increase the level of cricket.

The matches of indo-pak are the most demanded match in world.

they must be allowed

Guys please leave cricket alone, please do not mix it with other things, let atleast sports be of any discrimination, we cant target sportspersons for the act of few. we cant term everybody is responsible for the terrorism , we should learn to draw the line, and accept things, so yes pakistan players should be allowed to participate in the IPL.

yes there should not be any problem in allowing the pakistani players to play in ipl. i think cricket can do many things including bridging the gap between two countries. more and more interactions between the two countries is required for peace in the region.

Stop being emotional please.....Pakistan deserves being ostracized completely on all fronts lest not cricket.Yes,many of us indians enjoy that internal fun of seeing them play but remember what they do internally. They all dont like much of us.So why not exclude them intoto?Afterall there are many players in our own country who are better than pakis though not so popularized by media.

I was a big fan of Sohail Tanvir, but his statements on Pakistani TV show hurt me (and of course many of us) a lot! If any of our players had said any such thing, had he gone unscythed from our society? I don't think so. Not including Pakistani players in IPL is just!

Barring Pakistani cricketers to play in IPL is more of a protest against Pakistan using it's soil to plot terror attacks, than any political move! Cricket is a big thing in Pakistan too and it will hurt them more. I do not wish Pakistani people to be hurt, as we have always enjoyed and awarded excellence in arts and sports from their side. But I don't see anything wrong in not including Pakistani players in IPL!

Ofcourse not!!! there is no politics in it.

Brave decision by our organiser Mr. modi. If pakistan players are allowed to visit india, then its a gateway for extermist element from pakistan to enter india. It is not safe for everyone who participate. Better we can ignore that nation for security purpose. Dont be too soft to take a hard decision like this. I salute modi for his great and wise decision.

Cheers

Cricket is an instrument in the hands of politicians either from India or Pakistan.

The players and cricket are played by them. Why only taking cricket even Indian movies are liked but not allowed in theaters. Our singers are not allowed to perform in that country and they can come to perform. Nothing works better than Arts in understanding each other. Pakistan it seems take itself as younger brother of India and take undue advantage.

They call playing with India is Jihad while sports teach us sportsman spirit and with Jihad the teaching is War spirit and if that is the teaching then only taste gets developed for war only.

Till today we had communication and No communication scenes with Pak , haven't we understood them.....

Both the countries are basically politically sick countries trying to dodge each other for power.

In India, people have got freedom, to advise that, sport and politics should not be mixed and other noble thoughts like that. But, it is Pakistan, who has started a process of mixing religion and terror tactics in sports, politics,  and in everthing.

If Pakistan players can not participate in IPL, they will be paying a price of being a Pakistani.

If these players are allowed to play in IPL, Pakistani politicians, will immediately take this as an example to prove that, the relations are now normal, and we should start discussions on other things (means Kashmir). Afterall, Pakistanis are very seasoned politicians and a way ahead of India in propoganda war.

So these nice things of not mixing sport and politics hold good for a responsible nation, not for Pakistan.
