no....... it shud be banned........as it gives dejection 2 a worthy student hu studies well... sc,,sts,,obcss..shud be given relaxation in fees..... but education sysytem shud b made fair..... student shud b selected entirely on the basis of his marks.... govt. shud take sum action as it is affecting the lives of many students.....:(
