Yes it should be.... no use of conducting it after all this mess. In case if we happen to organize.... it can't be up to the expectation !!!

It is an opportunity to the sports person to show their talent and common wealth games have their own identity. Just coz one had an shabby experience in executing the CWG doesnt mean we should stop it all together.

Common wealth games should be discontinued and instead the name should be "Ex-Great Britain Slave" Games. The day has come when we should move over from old colonial dish dashes and move into the present world with its 4D or xD dynamics.

The CWG should be scrapped & new ones not bid for, unless we are really "ready" for it.

These games have been jinxed from the very beginning - purposeful wrong initial estimates & a gross waste of hard earned taxpayer funds. We had the time but it now seems like a war of blatant denial of things gone wrong!

To add to the consternation, the latest turn of events exposing gross negligence with preparation of facilities - its a real shame & a slap in the face, especially in the event of an absolute collapse in the eyes of international media/ sports fraternity!

Its highly shameful the way our dirty politicians go through their responsibilities. Looting money is their only agenda, every one from top to bottom is corrupt. At the max. we can postpone it by a few days, but we definitely need to go ahead with it. Lets see our Politicians DANCE... :)

The commonwealth games was initiated to keep the Englands past empire history without fading into oblivion The commonwealth games keeps the colonial history alive .its i feel just helping the Monarchy of England Alive. we need to disband it and keep with the general stream of olympics-region wise,continent wise,etc etc

Perhaps,we are destined to be in the midst of such a mess. 

Nevertheless, let us not be the victims of defeatist mindset.  Still, the whole system is not all that wrought. Let us prove that our existence is thousand times better than our running away from the scene.

Without any exact data it will be wrong to say anything. We should be first well aware about the %age of work completed & balance. Till now we have seen few picture of pending work, we have not seen what has been completed.

Definitely after looking the picture of completed work view of many people will be changed.

I think games should continue.

Sports are an important aspect for all round inspiration for the youth of any nation. In addition, I support the games for another reason. Any thing that EXPOSES a politician specially those in power & make them work on their toes is good for the country.It is good to let them face some challenge, at least for a change. Evaluation at an international forum have exposed these rogues to the extent no sting operation could possibly do. The way MMS is losing his cool & the way our DramaGenic RG(& mom) are unnerved augurs well for the nation.

after taking the initiation and spending so much of time,money, labour...now the games can't be discontinued.If at this stage we withdraw from games might be it will become difficult for us to again have the opportunity to host the games..Let the games must be go on...we just hope for the best...that the show will end successfully.
