Generally there is no much ads on cigartte and alcohol. But today we find some indirect ads promoting alcohols....

It would be great if some ads are developed on banning or to reduce the consumption of alcohol and cigarette........

No point in banning, it will not reduce the consumption level. Day by day as the culture changes this need for cigarette and alcohol is increasing. And advertisements has nothing to do with it, they do it just for brand promotion.......

ban is justified as the media shows what we want to see and hence can get influenced easily but if we don't get to see the attractive side of these products then we can easily make our children see the negative side of it and hence can save them from future exposure of such products to a large extent.

Ban stands for a statement that you don't support it, and that the practice is not favoured. Same goes for bans on advertising infant formula, pharmaceutical produce and stuff. They'll continue selling, no fear there, and it is not a prohibition, but with less good notions will linger about them.
