Corporates have their policies under Corporate Social Responsibility wherein they spend a percentage of their profit on the wellbeing of the society.

I strongly believe that if a similar policy is made mandatory by the government to each earning individual to spend a percentage of their income on the wellbeing of the society, it will go a long way towards the development of the country. Governement can also give incentives or tax advantages to promote this cause.

Even if I respect your thought & idea... i dont think this could be a law...

technically democracy cant apply such law...7 i believe it should not be a law...

On top of this there are various reason where in this idea as a law cannot be sucessful...

there are various laws where we get tax rebate when we donate to NGO's and other wellfare organisation....& i believe we all know how this route is manipulate by the greedy rich people wherein the purpose of this law is hardly served...

& if you are so confident of this idea why dont you just use 1% of ur income for such cause...& why do u need a law for charity...

DOST KISI KA BHALAA KARNA HAI TOA KHUD KARO ..... WHY WAIT FOR OTHERS...

Actually we can give lakhs of reason why we dont take such good steps...

"" CHARITY ALWAYS BEGINS AT HOME"

ONE NEEDS A LOT OF GUTS-COURAGE-SELF CONFIDENT & ONE MUST HAVE FAITH IN ONESELF TO DO SUCH THINGS WITHOUT EXPECTING ANY THING IN RETURN...

LET ME ASK A SMALL QUESTION....HOW MANY AMONG US HAVE EVEN DONE A BIT FOR SUCH SOCIAL CAUSE ATLEAST ONCE...
