Justice not within the reach of an individual is not a justice at all. First of all, why should they give room for taking the same issue for higher ups! Any contrary view taken on the judgement pronounced by the lower commission should be dealt with carefully by the higher ups. Either the facts were fabricated or the Judge who had pronounced the judgement had a mala fide intention. A judgement given without taking into account both the view points objectively leads to grievance. Therefore, the aggrieved party runs from pillar to post to get the justice, this not only costs his personal money, but the national exchequer mulling over the same case again and again. Judiciary should take a strong view on this, if at all they are interested in speedy disposal of cases!

Justice has become not reachable in case of consumers who lost their case at state commission , as the companies can afford cost of appeal the individual consumers cannot afford the travelling expenses.

If a consumer is not satisfied by the decision of a District Forum, he can appeal to the State Commission. Against the order of the State Commission a consumer can come to the National Commission at 5th Floor, ‘A’ Wing, & 7th Floor, ‘B’ Wing, Janpath Bhavan, Janpath, New Delhi 110 001.All the way from his home town to state capital and then to national capital even for resolving consumer disputes and for getting justice.Justice should be reachable also.
