It is my opinion that citizens should pay their taxes dutifully in order for the government to functions efficiently and effectively.  Now guarding where the government funds, as a result of collection of citizens taxes, go, it is now the collective duties of the citizens to watch and initiate proper actions against the government functionaries/offices.

I think we should not pay tax in India. Because the money we give in terms of return is not utilized for the poor people.

I agree. This is positive thinking.

Solution is not to stop paying taxes and bring down whole system! You never ban Cell phones because terrorists can use them but you find smart solutions to fix the system and networks and spy on terrorists. So, think positive and stop suggesting stupid ideas of not paying taxes LOL!!
