Yes, if we don’t exhibit and brand our achievements at work place, seniors will not take us serious and somebody else might grab what is being deserved by us. Office politics in India is not hidden from anybody. Some people with dirty and jealous mind will not leave any effort to crush your sincere efforts and see that somebody from their group sits on that position.
