I was expecting a Yes and No debate here but these sides have made it difficult. Anyways mutual agreement is necessary and about things going stale, its all about how to bring things back to life.

YES!when she start working after marriage in new surrounding with new people ,where has in normal condition only, if she is not working also, it will take at least a year time to understand and to feel comfortable.so she need this support so that she can carry on the work more confidently and at home more comfortable to prove herself at both the places,once she becomes mother the emotional bondage between child will reduce her will power ,here again the support of family is very much necessary and the confidence that my child is in secured hands will boost her to work more efficiently.so the Mutual agreement can serve the purpose for better relationship.

Yes. Not only emotionally but socially also. It is the women who is good Aministrator and does all the functions of modern mgmt. in the house should be supported.
