The bureacracy is so tedious in India. You only get senior management positions if you are at the same job in the same company for 15-20 years. Why can't this traditional trend be pruned,changed and evolved? It is extremely stressful to work without the necessary awards and promotions. Not many ppl are in the work force for just the salary!!!
