This is not the best time to invest either in stocks, bullions or real estate. Invest in bank deposits, post office deposits, etc till some stability comes in the financial market and the real estate market. And I would not recommend SIPs or ULIPs either. The charges they levy will eat away not only your profits but sometimes part of your capital. Beware of all the hidden transaction charges. If you have time, do some research and buy the BSE or NSE top stocks.

Mr. Dubey i didn't suggest to take any advise from stock brokers. Read the comment again. I said that S.I.P or mutual fund is better option rather than direct investment in Market if retail investor personally have no knowledge about it. Advise never works out if we personally don't analyze. Do you 100% believe on Real Estate Agents? A Big NO. You have to analyze yourself according to your views not due to any Agent or broker.

Mr. Dubey, i agree with your point that real estate is good for all investors. But we can't say that stand away from stocks & billion. Because if any investor want to invest their money for higher return then he/she should analyze that where to invest & why? Because there is also need to analyze in real estate that which location is good for better ROI.Same if person has knowledge about market or concept then he/she should go for S.I.P. / Mutual funds rather than directly investment in market. & Please stay away from FUTURES if you dont have knowledge about technical analysis.

Investment in Real Estate is at present has high risk du to inccrease in intrest rate so that small invester go for stock and bussion market. There is great volatality in real esteate sector investment.

Real estate values at present are too high for small investors and hence he dabbles in stocks and bullion, though F&O and Commodities are still new areas, with the mushrooming of franchises of Religare, Arihant, Anand Rathi and other capital market operators and members of BSE/NSE/MCX etc. are creating movs in the right direction to make S&B oprations a high return area for small investors.

The Stock market is a place of betting, speculation and is vulnerable to manouvers in present times, thereby leaving no options for small nvestors to go for only and only real estate, which is always gong up and up. Real estate must be real and not in the form of shares of real estate companies. Small investors must buy small holdings in far flung rural areas and look for appriciation in 2-3 years.

The Big Scams and Crude prices have given Big money in hands of few and the result is unrealistic stock prices and rocketing Bullion prices and these markets are controlled by scammers and big frofit makers and lack confidence of general investors. Only Real estate is still controlled by Genuine owners and can not be manuvered by Scammers or Profiteers and is transperent. Those who can buy proprties must go for Government schemes and small investors are advised to go for selected real estate companies, which are Independent and not depending on Government Acquisitions. Acquisitions are going to be difficult and Projects may be delayed or deserted. Some good real estate companies are still available at lucrative values.
