There are "smart workers" who do not contribute anything significant. The trick in the whole situation is how to balance between these two, do your work without pressure and at the same time enjoy the same

What is strong base for achievement and smart work... both are emanated from doing the work assigned with sincerely,full involvement, and dedication. Without knowing the job very thoroughly the achievement and smartness will never come.

Yeah, For me, Love your work and never make it unnecessarily hard. Whenever its hard, communication, sincerity and dedication are required. Smart work is measured relatively and one never liked being judged. Its thus better not to fall for smart work.
